Do you have your Food Storage in place yet?

We had a bit of a run there in October with the Ebola / ISIS scare. Who knows what will come of these issues moving forward. But I learned something. It was very interesting to me how quickly our supply chains dried up. And it's not that the supply chain wasn't producing at normal levels, or that there wasn't stock waiting to go, there was and plenty of it by normal standards. All it takes though is a few government agencies to walk in and a manufacturers stockpile is all gone, in a day.

So to me, October was a great reminder to all of us who care about being prepared. Are you? I'm going to keep this simple and to the point. The best time to prepare is before the scenario is staring you in the face. If you wait until the disaster hits, it only takes a few hours for the shelves to be bare and then there will be nothing left. Truly, nothing left.

Do you have your food storage in place yet?
